Pastor Ryan and Tiffany Rose are the newest additions to the Butterfield pastoral staff. They became the first Multimedia directors in January 2008. Their ministry consists of working with a volunteer staff to film services each week, creating and updating the Web site, filling DVD and CD requests, filming and editing videos for various mission trips and ministry departments of the church, among other duties.The couple graduated with honors from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas in May 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Pastor Ryan and Tiffany met in college and were married June 11, 2005. Before coming to Butterfield, they worked closely together at a Christian broadcasting ministry in suburban Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Pastor Ryan was born in Missouri City, Texas, just outside of Houston, and grew up in a small fishing village off the south coast of Texas called Port Aransas. While in college, Pastor Ryan served in multiple leadership roles on campus as a producer, anchor, reporter and editor for Channel 6 News—the campus/community television station. He also hosted his own weekly Christian radio program and was the play-by-play broadcaster for all Channel 6 sports productions. Pastor Ryan also was elected onto the University of the Ozarks Alumni Board of Directors. Pastor Ryan is an avid fan of fantasy basketball, the Houston Rockets, camping and playing video games.
Tiffany was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas and grew up in Booneville, Arkansas. During her four years of college, Tiffany also served as a producer, anchor and reporter for the campus/community television station, was the editor-in-chief of the university’s bi-weekly newsletter and wrote articles for the Today Magazine. She also filmed weekly chapel services, which were broadcast live to the community. She is a current member of the church choir and praise team and enjoys singing, spending time with family, spoiling the four cats (Moses, Lilly, Neeko, and Abby), throwing tomahawks, reading and camping.
